Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies) Exchange Policy – All Sales Final on Other Items

We appreciate your support of Made to Minister. Every piece is created with purpose and craftsmanship. Please review our policy below.

All Sales Are Final (Except for Apparel Exchanges)

All purchases made through Made to Minister are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products or services. However, we allow exchanges on apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) under certain conditions.

Apparel Exchanges

If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, contact info@madetominister.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchanges allowed only for size or color of the same item.

  • If the desired size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

  • One exchange per order only.

  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible.

  • Worn, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email info@madetominister.com within 7 days.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

  3. Customer pays return shipping unless the issue was our mistake.

  4. Use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or store credit.

No Refund, Return, or Exchange on Hats

All hat sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including size, fit, or change of mind.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect hat, email info@madetominister.com within 7 days. If confirmed, we’ll replace it at our discretion. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Policy Updates

Made to Minister may update or modify this policy without prior notice. Please check our website for the latest version.
