Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Made to Minister will ship to the address entered at the time of purchase.

Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Options

All U.S. orders ship from our fulfillment center in Florida. If express shipping is not selected, orders will ship using our standard economy service.

USPS Ground Advantage (Economy):

Orders process and ship within 7–10 business days of purchase. Transit times vary depending on your location.

UPS Ground:

Not an express option. Orders process and ship within 7–10 business days. Transit times depend on destination.

UPS 2-Day Air:

Orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in 2 business days once shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

UPS Next Day Air:

Orders ship within 2 business days and arrive on the next available business day (not weekends or holidays).

Express shipments will not arrive on Saturdays or Sundays.

Pre-Order Items

Items labeled “PRE-ORDER” include an estimated ship date in the product description. Dates may change based on production schedules.

Pre-order items are not eligible for express shipping. If express shipping is selected, your order will ship using that method once the item becomes available.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using DHL Express for reliability and fast delivery.

Eligible Countries: Made to Minister ships to over 190 countries. Available destinations appear at checkout.

Delivery Times: Estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Customs Duties & Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees applied by their country’s customs authority. These are not included in product or shipping costs.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use it to monitor your package via the carrier’s website.

International Returns:

All international orders are final unless the item arrives damaged. Return shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
